We are not looking for everybody, but we are looking for a few great people. People who have the want, desire, drive, and need to be wealthy.
We do not make great people. We find great people and make them greater. Iron sharpens iron. Everyone is looking for something. A sense of purpose, meaning, community, and to make an impact. Who we were looking for is a great person who hasn’t found what they are looking for yet.

Why?
Because someone who has had past success knows what it took to get there. They typically have work ethic, discipline, ambition, motivation, and grit.
